Beit Hanaara

Welcome to “Beit Hanaara,” where we are not only creating a residential project but also reviving a currently inactive water stream and regenerating nature. Situated on the outskirts of Hod Hasharon, bordering lush greenery and a conservation area with a natural park and local flora, our project embraces the harmony between modern living and environmental sustainability. Inspired by the idea of housing within nature, “Beit Hanaara” integrates sustainability seamlessly into its design, complementing the surrounding natural beauty. Our approach involves creating direct terraced approaches and integrating the park into the project, breathing new life into the landscape while providing residents with a serene and verdant environment to call home. Despite its central location in the city center and its vertical construction, “Beit Hanaara” offers a villa-like living experience, blending seamlessly with the suburban setting and topography. With 520 housing units divided into five area units spanning the vast site, each residential unit is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort. Residents of “Beit Hanaara” can indulge in spacious and indulgent sun terraces, offering direct access to the park and stunning views of the surrounding greenery. “Beit Hanaara” is not just a residential project-it’s a testament to the harmonious coexistence of urban living and nature conservation, where modernity meets sustainability to create a thriving community in perfect harmony with its surroundings.
